2017 Lincoln MKZ Release Date
Although the Lincoln MKZ has been a hard sell compared with more refined entry-level luxury sedan competitors, it offers modern features and a distinctive style. This is particularly true for the 2017 model which, by the look of things, is expected to be a major hit. It offers an eye-catching design, lots of standard features, and a high-fuel economy especially from the Hybrid model. Its release date should be expected sometime in the beginning of 2017.
Interior wise, the vehicle offers several upscale features such as active noise cancellation, plenty of high-tech safety and luxury features, blind spot monitoring with rear cross traffic alerts, and plenty of premium surfaces. Even so, there are still some ailing features which may prove detrimental to its image such as an underwhelming interior quality for the base model, a slower than average acceleration, an average interior space, and flimsy dashboard controls.
If you are shopping in the entry-level luxury sedan segment, we’d advise you to check out the 2017 Lexus ES 300h Hybrid or the 2017 Lexus ES 350. They are the real threat to the MKZ, thanks to their plush ride quality, and a well-built interior. Others include the 2017 Audi A4, 2017 Volvo S60, 2017 BMW 3 Series, and the 2017 Acura TLX.
